Product Information
Izhar offers 92.5 sterling silver fashion jewellery designed for everyday and occasion wear. We strive to display product details, descriptions, and colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and handcrafted detailing.
All jewellery requires proper care and maintenance. Exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, moisture, or harsh conditions may affect the finish or longevity of the product over time.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as specified.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateway providers, including Razorpay. Izhar does not store complete payment information such as card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on its servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, payment issues, or product unavailability.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Shipping & Delivery
Izhar currently ships only within India. Orders are generally processed and delivered within 6–7 business days, although delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we work with reliable shipping partners, Izhar shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
Izhar does not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with relevant proof, including unboxing images or videos where applicable.
If the issue is verified and approved by our team, Izhar will arrange the return pickup and bear the applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds, where approved, are generally processed within 4–5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Products that show signs of use, physical damage, tampering, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for refunds or replacements. In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer after inspection.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, product designs, images, videos, graphics, text, branding elements, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Izhar and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content from this website must be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from Izhar.
